JITAI sells practical services: managed IT, security, compliance, Microsoft cloud, automation, AI implementation, and AI-discoverable content. The role is to help create serious conversations with businesses that have real operational pain.
This is not a hard-sell role. The right person can research, qualify, follow up, explain business value, and keep opportunities moving without inventing claims the delivery team cannot support.
The target buyer
Owners, executives, operators, office managers, and technical decision makers who need reliable IT, stronger security, better Microsoft 365 operations, AI adoption help, automation, or better visibility in AI-powered search.
What will this person do?
The work spans sales execution, light growth operations, CRM discipline, and clear follow-up.
Help turn warm relationships, referrals, website traffic, assessments, and local market signals into qualified conversations.
Sell across managed IT, Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, compliance, AI implementation, automation, and AEO/AI discoverability services.
Research target accounts, build clean lead lists, prepare outreach, and keep CRM notes current.
Book discovery calls, help qualify opportunities, and follow up with practical next steps.
Support campaigns, partner outreach, events, content distribution, LinkedIn activity, and local business development.
Translate technical services into plain business outcomes for owners, office managers, executives, and operators.
What kind of person should apply?
- You can sell consultative services without overpromising.
- You are comfortable talking to business owners, executives, office managers, and technical buyers.
- You understand or can quickly learn MSP, MSSP, Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, compliance, AI, automation, and AEO language.
- You can use CRM, LinkedIn, email, phone, research, and AI tools to build a repeatable pipeline.
What experience is a strong plus?
- MSP, MSSP, VAR, Microsoft partner, IT consulting, SaaS, or professional services sales experience.
- HubSpot, Salesforce, CRM hygiene, lead routing, campaigns, reporting, analytics, SEO, AEO, or marketing automation.
- Experience selling to SMB owners, professional services firms, regulated businesses, dealerships, field service, or local operators.
- Comfort with demos, assessments, webinars, events, partner relationships, and follow-up discipline.
